2. Availability: The featured sailing, cabin, itinerary and price are subject to availability and change. If unavailable, Majestic Tours will arrange a suitable alternative of equivalent value, subject to availability and agreement with the winner.

3. Alternative cruise: The winner may instead choose another cruise costing up to £3,000, booked exclusively through Majestic Tours and subject to availability. Unused value is not paid out. The winner may pay any excess cost.

4. Cash option: The winner may instead take £2,000 by bank transfer following winner verification. Prize options cannot be combined.

5. Booking: All cruise bookings must be made through Majestic Tours; existing or independently booked holidays cannot be reimbursed. The relevant cruise operator's booking terms apply.

6. Extras: The prize is for two sharing one cabin. Upgrades, additional guests, drinks or Wi-Fi packages, excursions, port transport, parking, personal spending and other extras are excluded unless expressly included in the confirmed booking.
